    We're opening a scheduled downtime window in order to upgrade the drive within the array on the following server nodes:-


    Start time & date - 11:59AM FEB 06 2018
    End time/date - Dependant on datacentre Estimated - 12:30PM FEB 06 2018

    Whilst the above window is open for this time period we do not anticipate it to take longer than 30-40 minutes per node.

    The work may happen at anytime during the above time period and may require server reboots so some downtime on account may be experianced.

    We'll update this status once the maintenance has been completed, or if there are any problems that arise during the maintenance window.

Server Outage due to Centovacast issue (Resolved)

  • There has been a issue Affecting Server - CENTOVACAST 1
    This has caused some outages and is currently being looked at by support technicians.
    We shall update shortly.

    UPDATE : 17/12/2017 18:39

    There has been a major DDOS attack on the server node.
    This has caused the server to be taken offline while the attack threat has cleared.
    We currently do not have an expected timescale when the threat will clear as this is determined by the US Datacentre.

    Sorry for any inconveniance this has caused.

    UPDATE : 18/12/2017 : 06.00

    The DDOS issue has now been cleared and the server is fully operational.
    Sorry for the inconvenience and delay in rectifying the issues.

Scheduled Upgrades/migration 13/09/2017 21:00 (Resolved)

  • We have scheduled necessary network upgrades for between 21:00 GMT Wednesday the 13th of September 2017 and approx 21:00 GMT on Thursday the 14th of September 2017.

    During this time your our web hosting servers will lose network connection while we migrate accounts to our new network and carry out maintainance on the server nodes.
    Downtime will be kept to a minimum whilst we carry out these tasks.
    We advise all customers to refrain from carrying out any updates to websites during this period.

    If your server is unreachable for over 30 minutes, please open a support ticket so technicians can look into it.

    We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
